Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation should be made before your visa status is changed into “processing”. In this case, you receive a full refund of any fees paid using our service.
If you would like to make any changes to your Vietnam Visa application and your visa application is still “underpayment” you can log in our account at Client Login page and edit the information in your Vietnam Visa application.
In case you would like to cancel visa application after your visa application status is no longer “underpayment”, then no refund for your case can be made, and the transaction will be completed. This is because Vietnam Immigration Dept runs a no-refund policy on all Vietnam visas as they charge for work done and not per granted visa.
It is imperative that you note the information in your visa application as exactly as shown in applicants’ passport. Evietnamvisa.com is not responsible for any incorrect Visa Issuance resulted from incorrect information provided. Thus, we suggest that clients should double check your visa application before submitting. To be sure, our support team can help checking for you provided that you send us the copy or scan of your passport page.
In few cases, Vietnam Immigration Department issue visa approval with incorrect information submitted. Clients are advised to check and compare the information in the issued visa approval letter, applicants’ passports and the submitted information. In the event of mistakes by the side of Vietnam Immigration Department, clients should notify us at least 4 working hours prior to applicants’ departure time to Vietnam so that we can arrange the correct one for you.
VisaforVietnam.org made clear distinction between types of visa: Visa On arrival (for air travelers) and Visa code : stamped at Vietnam Embassy before departing to Vietnam. Those who applied for Visa On arrival and then enter Vietnam by land or will not have visa stamped and can not get any refund. Besides, the Embassy to pick up visa is registered while you filling out your Vietnam Visa code application. It should be your nearest one, in case you register one Embassy then come to another Embassy to pick up visa, we are not responsible for the visa stamping failure and no refund is made.

Normally, it takes 2 working days to process an approval letter, however, there are also exceptions, delay due to unforseen problems since the process is highly dependent on the Immigration Department of Vietnam. We strongly recommend that you apply for a visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid any problems.
Visa on arrival is not applicable to Chinese citizens flying from China mainland to Vietnam, however, if flight departs from somewhere else (Hong Kong, Singapore..ect), then it is accepted.
The letter of approval is issued seperately for each application, however, in some cases (During high seasons and urgent processing requests), it is issued on a shared basis for all applicants who apply for a visa at the same time or same date of arrival based on the Immigration Department sole decision. if you have special request for seperate letter of approval.
