Vietnamvisa on arrival is issued at one of three Immigration points as follows.

-          At Noi Bai airport,Hanoi–Northern Vietnam

-          At Danang airport,DanangCity–Central Vietnam

-          At Tan Son Nhat airport,Ho Chi Minh City–Southern Vietnam

When you reach there, submit your visa approval letter and passport to Immigration officers. They will stamp a visa onto your passport.

To get Vietnamvisa on arrival, firstly you must apply for a visa approval letter. You can submit your online visa application at http://www.visaforvietnam.org/apply.html, follow steps on our system, and make payment for approval fee. After 2 processing days, you will receive a visa approval letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. With this letter, your passport is stamped a visa on arrival atVietnam airport.

It takes 2 working days (normal service) to process a visa request after your adequate and exact information and payment is submitted. Then print this letter of visa approval to get visa stamped on arrival at Vietnam airport.

No, you cannot. Visa on arrival is picked up at Vietnam airports only, so it is recommended for air travelers. In case you enter Vietnam via land or sea borders, you need to apply for a visa code. Submit your visa application at http://www.visaforvietnam.org/apply.html to receive a visa approval code. This approval code is used to stamp a visa onto your passport at Vietnam Embassy before your departure to Vietnam.

According policy regulated by Vietnam Immigration Department, all foreigners who are not in Vietnamvisa exemption list wishing to enter Vietnamare required to apply for Vietnamvisa before departure. To apply for Vietnam visa, you can access to apply page to complete Vietnam visa requirement online as the guidance of system.

The latest Vietnam Immigration policy regulates that foreigners to Vietnam can get visa with the validity length of no longer than 3 months. After the three month period, you can extend the visa to 1 or three months more to stay longer inVietnam(you will not have to leave the country the country after three months).

Normally, foreigners are allowed to enter Vietnamone day earlier than registered date of arrival. In this case, you should directly contact with your airline to see whether they let you get on board on your desired date or not. Most of airlines allow but some do not. In the worst case (the airline do not allow you to get on board), you should re- apply for Vietnam visa with new information as you desire. 

Yes, foreigners entering Vietnam and wishing to stay in Vietnam longer than the duration noted in visa are advised to get Vietnam visa extension. According regulation of Vietnam Immigration Department, any Vietnam visa can be extended for 1 month or 3 month. However, the specific extension fee is different for different situation, please contact us for details. 

You can make payment via PayPal, Bank Transferring orWestern Union.

In case you have PayPal account already, login your account to confirm the payment or send payment to order@visaforvietnam.org. In case you have no PayPal account, we will create an invoice, you just need to click on the link, do as system’s guidance to pay approval fee.

For Bank Transferring and paying via Western Union, you can refer to payment page to get details.

Right after you have done bank transfer to our account, you should send us the scan of transfer receipt to our email address support@visaforvietnam.org. Normally bank transfer takes a few working days, so patiently wait for our confirmation email to know your payment is well transferred and time you receive your visa approval. 

Yes, you can. But, to protect the legitimate of card holders please scan a copy of the credit card (both sides) and your passport (Color only), then send them to our email:support@visaforvietnam.org. (You can cover Card secure Code (CSC) and the middle numbers; just leave the first 6 numbers and the last 3 numbers visible.

Regarding the purpose of entry, There are two types of Vietnam visa: business visa (has validity length up to 3 month for both single entry, and multiple entries), and tourist visa (has validity length up to 1 month for both single entry, and multiple entries). 1 month visa application is often categorized as tourist and 3 month visa application will be categorized as business.

When applying forVietnamvisa, clients should choose single entry visa if in the validity length of visa, you will not exit, and re-enterVietnam. In contrast, you should apply for multiple entries visa. For those who apply for multiple entries visa, the exit date should be your latest exit date.

Regarding length of stay, Vietnam visa is divided into two kinds of visa: 1 month visa and 3 month visa. After the validity length of visa, clients can extend your visa to stay in Vietnam longer without exiting the country.
