VIETNAM VISA POLICY

Like other countries, Vietnam Immigration Department requires foreigners entering Vietnam to have an essential legal document: passport. There are two ways for foreigners entering Vietnam to apply for Vietnam Visa: Applying directly at Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in the country you are living, and applying visa approval letter/code through such authorized organizations as www.visaforvietnam.org, www.vietnamvisa-online.com , etc.
(1) If Vietnam Visa applying is done at Vietnam Embassies abroad, requirements for Vietnam visa is varied from embassy to embassy. Your information will be carefully checked before approved to stamp your visa.
(2) Following is the requirements on applying Visa for Vietnam online
-Your nationality should be accepted to apply Vietnam Visa (regulated by Vietnam Immigration Department)
- Make sure that your passport is valid at least 2 months if you are to apply for one month single visa, or passport must valid at least 6 months if are to apply for one month multiple and other visa type
- Apply for visa on arrival or visa code at www.visaforvietnam.org
- After 1 working day (urgent service) 2 working days (normal service) receive visa approval letter/ approval code through your registered email at our site (your account name)
Notice:
i. If you mind applying online steps, you can download visa application for here . In this case, on finishing your visa application, please attach it and send us to our Info Checking Section at info@visaforvietnam.org . After receive the confirmation of your payment and adequate information for your visa application, we will send you the confirmation of receiving visa approval letter or visa code.
ii. After printing out the visa approval letter (for those who travel by air to Vietnam only), please do not forget to bring it (associated with your passport) to get on board, and show them to Vietnam Immigration Department to stamp your visa.
