Following is some guided interpretation for notified status of your Vietnam Visa application

1. “Underpayment”: Your visa application has been finished but not yet put on processing because we have not been notified of your sent payment to our given accounts.
2. “Processing”: Your visa request has been sent to Vietnam Immigration Department and an email has been dispatched to you confirming the time of receiving your Vietnam visa approval letter/code.
3. “Finished”: Your Vietnam visa request has been approved by Vietnam Immigration Department and a scan of the approval letter/code has been dispatched to your registered email address.
4. “Not accepted”: This is to notify you that you have made a same visa application more than one time, and only one of these applications can be accepted, the others will be “not accepted”. The other case is that the citizens of your country are not approved to enter Vietnam, so your visa application is “not accepted” by Vietnam Immigration Department.
